Top 3 Stories This Week
In February 2018, (Twitter) announced a few policy changes meant to prevent the types of behaviors that hurt the overall user experience.
But at the same time, this change to Twitter’s TOS should make the network a lot more useful for everyone in the long run – because honestly, less spam and fewer bots are pretty good things to work toward.
…Instagram (the fastest growing social network) notes that some 200 million of the platform’s daily users visit at least one business profile in the app every day, while more than 25 million brands have signed up for business profiles on the platform, two million of them running ads.

This Space For You?
Would you like to be featured in the next issue?
As mentioned in a previous Bites, it’s a long time (I suspect a very long time), since I ran the occasional Featured Reader section in this newsletter. I enjoyed that, and I hope others did, so I’d like to do that again.
It’s no biggie in terms of what you have to do to participate. All I need from you is a photo – preferably a headshot such as you use on Facebook or LinkedIn, a very short bio, no more than 300 words, and a link to your web site, or Facebook profile, or LinkedIn profile. Is that easy advertising, or what?!
Just send me an email to [email protected] tell me you’re in, and I’ll be in touch.
PS: if you would like to receive Social Business Bites in your email inbox, you can register for that at this link. And remember there is an easy unsubscribe link in every update).
