Here’s a Way to Help Victims of China’s Quake

If, like me, you have been distressed by the plight of the children and adults buried in the rubble and other victims of China’s quake and would like a reliable way to help, here is one.

My good friend and colleague, Lonnie B. Hodge, has pointed me to the web/blog button link provided by Ryan McLaughlin, author of Lost Laowai, who it appears has been on his way to Australia for about three years now (Update 2011: there was a link to explain this but it does not work anymore).

The link takes you to the information about how to donate through the Red Cross Society of China.

You can get the code here (Update 2011: again, there was a link here but it doesn’t work anymore).
