Using a Blog to Sell an Apartment

This post is a bit of a mixture of the personal and business aspects of my life.

It’s personal, because it’s about the apartment of which I am a co-owner and in the process of selling. The apartment is in the Sydney suburb of Arncliffe. And it’s business because, being a blogging evangelist, I thought it would be a good idea to practise what I preach and see if we could make a difference to the selling process by setting up a blog for the purpose.

Hence the Buy My Apartment Weblog, which my partner Suzie set up and for which I am a co-author (Update 2011: the site was taken down when we sold the apartment).

I’ve just posted a story there today about a quite curious bit of local history, the story of the Arncliffe Scots Baseball Club.
